We are looking for a creative wordsmith who can join our creative team of art directors, illustrators and interior designers. Our team works in harmony to create, challenge and evolve conceptual, visual and spatial identities.

Since we work in print, graphic, web and spatial identities, it is important that you understand the different writing styles for each channel such as web, periodical, publication, installation, interior, social media, etc.


Work Output

  • Use excellent verbal and written skills to deliver and write copy that moves people.
  • Ensure that all copy is creative, expressive, accurate, and unconventional yet speaks to the right audience.
  • Come up with brilliant ideas.
  • Be on top of industry trends with a good understanding of the web.
  • Be able to edit and proofread copy as well as craft your own.
  • Manage your own time, work on multiple tasks and still deliver brilliant work.
  • Be a proactive, resourceful, problem solver that delivers work on time.
  • Work with other departments or staff to create creative and appropriate copy for different projects.
  • Have an eye for detail.
  • Have a strong conceptual slant, and have experience in working from the development phase, all the way through to execution and handover phase of a project.
  • Be able to work from a creative brief, alone or with art directors and interior designers.
  • Fully understand and interpret the concept of a three dimensional space.
  • Be able to support the interior design component with technical terminology and also write mood and atmospheric narratives to accompany proposals.
  • Have a strong research component to your work, and feel comfortable to present this to the rest of the team.
  • Be able to generate content, but also work with existing content.
  • Have a range of writing skills, ranging between creative platforms, technical descriptions for interior design, narratives for photo shoots, online news updates, in-store navigation and short punchy lines for campaigns. 

The applicant should meet these requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Copywriting, Advertising or related field
  • A minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience
  • Experience writing web/digital copy
  • Excellent proofreading skills
