Since all our portraits are custom-made, returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Please email info@clrs.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided work has not yet begun on your artwork.
Product delivery
Digital portraits are delivered via email within 3–5 business days.
Canvas and framed prints are usually delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on location and courier schedules.
At the moment, CLRS only delivers physical products within South Africa. However, digital portraits can be emailed to customers worldwide.
