Our Process At CLRS, we believe creating your perfect portrait should be simple, fun, and stress-free. Here’s how it works:
Place Your Order
Select your preferred portrait type — digital, canvas, framed, or hand-painted — and complete your order on our website.
We’ll Contact You
Once your order is confirmed, our team will reach out to you to: Collect your photo(s) Discuss your requirements, preferences, and any special instructions We want to make sure we capture every detail perfectly!
First Draft & Revision
Our artists will create your portrait according to your instructions. You are entitled to one free revision for minor adjustments, such as background colour or small detail edits.
Approval of Final Product
Once your portrait is ready, we’ll share it with you for approval. We’ll ask: “Are you happy with the final product?” Once approved, we proceed to delivery.
Delivery
Digital Portraits: Delivered via email within 3–5 business days after approval. Canvas or Framed Prints: Printed, assembled, and shipped within 5–14 business days, depending on your location. Hand-Painted Pieces: Custom artwork may take 10–17 business days to complete. Once ready, your artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped directly to you.
