Damaged or Defective Products
We take great pride in our quality. If your canvas or framed print arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@clrs.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Digital Products
Since digital portraits are custom-made and delivered electronically, we cannot offer refunds once the final artwork has been emailed to you.
However, we’ll always work with you to make sure you’re happy with your portrait.
Returns
For physical products (canvas or framed prints), returns are accepted only in cases of damage, printing error, or incorrect item.
We’ll cover the return shipping costs for these cases.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided work has not yet begun. Once design work has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
